Refund policy

If the books aren't what you hoped, you can have your money back within 7 days of buying them. Write to bagasystudio@gmail.com from the email you used to buy, and say you'd like a refund. You don't need to give a reason, and you can keep the books.

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through our payment processor, Whop. Most banks show the money back within 5 to 10 business days.

After 7 days, sales are final, because the books are digital files you already have.

If you were charged twice, or something went wrong with the payment, write to us any time and we'll put it right.
